What is the best way to lose love handles?You might have asked this question several times. One can come across several ways of reducing love handles. No one wants to walk around with sagging love handles.

Well, there is no magic way to lose love handles in a fast way. You can see that even if all the fats in the body are burned, the love handles remain as it is. You should have strong will power to lose love handles.

The fats should be burned at a faster pace. More fat has to be burned than what is consumed for losing love handles. Diet plays an important role in losing love handles. Some people think that starving will help in the burning of fats, which in turn will help in losing the love handles. But this is a wrong notion as starving only adds to the body fat. Starving lowers the metabolism process, which means fats are not burned that fast in the body.

While choosing the food, include more vitamins, nutrients and proteins in the diet. Never go for fast/fried foods, chocolates and sugars. Avoid foods containing high calories. It is better to include more fruits, vegetables and lean meats. You should also drink enough water as it is known to flush the toxins from the body.

Along with proper diet, go for regular exercise. It is better to do some cardio-vascular exercise. Walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are some of the best cardio-vascular exercises that burn the love handles.

Well, another aspect that has to be given importance while thinking of losing love handles is sleep. A person needs about seven to eight hours of sleep a day. When resting or sleeping, muscle mass is developed. The more the muscle mass, the more burning of fats.
