How To Network With "Plugged-In" Internet Marketers For Your Success - Business - MLM

Sometimes, the most important people for your business are NOT your prospects! In fact, you need to have a good number of people you talk to on a regular basis that arent prospects and probably never will be.

When I first came online, I met an awesome girl, Stephanie Deneke (youve probably heard me talk about her before without her I probably wouldnt have a business). Shed been around the industry for a little bit, and I was a noob.

She gave me ideas on how to run my business, kept me up-to-date on stuff, and was basically my informal coach. And the funny part is, months after our relationship began, I joined her MLM because she was such a good friend and she had helped me so much!

Its imperative that you find yourself an informal coach. It has to be someone who is your friend. In fact, you probably shouldnt even have the attitude that the person is your coach, but rather someone you talk to just because you like that person.

First of all, it will help you get a foot in the door. If you hang out with a few people who have been around for a bit, they help you get actively involved in the network marketing community instead of being on the outside looking in.

Youll be able to meet lots of new people through your connections. Stephanie has introduced me to many people I now stay in touch with on a regular basis.

These people help me stay informed on what is going on. Whether its a new training, a product, new marketing strategy, or just something funny that somebody did, I usually know about it because somebody will tell me.

The best part of having other plugged-in marketers to connect with is that you can bounce ideas off them, ask them questions, share marketing strategies, and work together for success.

Then, when you start to build a list, it opens a whole new world for you if you know people.

One thing that Ive done is to cross-promote Facebook groups with other people. This means that you promote someone elses Facebook group to your Facebook group and they promote yours to theirs. Then, overnight, you can have several hundred new people join your group!

First, you have to have networked and know people that you can do this with (you could do this with people you dont know, but somebody you are friends with will most likely be willing to reciprocate).

Then, they should have relatively the same size group as you. Its not really fair if your group has 100 people and the other person has 2,000.

Another idea is that you can do this with your email list. You promote somebody elses blog, or even a capture page to your list. Other people will be willing to do this with you if they see you just got them 25 leads overnight.

Later, when youve been around for a while, you can do joint ventures with other marketers.

For example, Im coming out with a product next month. Ive talked with several marketers that I know and have networked with. Many of them agreed to help me promote my product, and in return, for every person they refer they earn a commission.

So how do you find people like this to network with?

For starters, dont pitch! Marketers who pitch can never build relationships with other marketers because people find them annoying. Instead, find people that you have something in common with. The best is when you are in the same company because then you know there wont be any pitching.

Get involved in conversations. Talk with people on Facebook. Send them personal messages. My favorite is to chat on Skype because its non-invasive.

Provide something in return. Looking back on how my relationship with Stephanie began, I guess the only thing I could really offer her was to be a friend because I didnt know anything about the industry. Thats the least you can offer!

I guess the point is, good things happen when you try to network and build relationships with people. Most people Ive signed up began because I was trying to simply build up my connections.

Then, when you find people that are already in your business, or you just really like them, continue to cultivate the relationship even if you believe that they wont join you. In the long run, they will be much more useful than any single prospect ever could be.

Saving A Relationship - Relationship Saving Tips You Need To Know - Relationships

Saving a relationship is possible whether you've been involved in a breakup or you are scared you're headed in that direction. But you have to accept that there is some work to do on your part.

It is an emotionally draining time for those suffering through this time with many unable to cope with the insecurities related to breaking up and reluctant to let go of someone that has been a serious part of their life.

But that flame can be ignited again if there's remains the semblance of a spark and we will take a look at some of the steps you will have to take to put the wheels back in motion of a favorable end result.

Salvaging A Relationship Tips

Tip #1... The 1st question to ask yourself is do you really desire this relationship to work. That sounds a unusual question when you are feelings are running high but it is an exceedingly important one and you could be surprised at the solution..

Tip #2... You want to establish if you simply want to stay in the relationship as you dread the concept of being single and the hard work it'd take to find someone new. Another thing to consider is does it scare you to be single when the majority of your friends are either married or in relationships.

Tip #3... Does you partner require the relationship to resume. Again, it's obvious but how do you know definitely. You see, if you think it's what you want your other half may see it differently and an unpleasant situation is about to become more uncomfortable.

Tip #4... Provided both of you are willing to make it work, sit down and assess what went wrong with the relationship to get it at a stage where it's about to fall apart. Here is where you need to be truthful and one of the toughest things is to admit you made mistakes. You both need to be honest here.

Tip #5... Strongly consider having a third person in the room like a counselor. This will serve two imperative purposes and the most significant one is to get both of you to open about what you believe is wrong and how you'll rectify it.

Tip #6... Isolate the reasons you fell in love in the first place. Are you continue to doing the things you probably did when you first met? Many times, folks drift into a different space forgetting what attracted them to each other. One or both are taken lightly and a familiarity develops that leads to things becoming rancid. Do not simply remember, tell the other person what it was that you adored about them in the beginning stages as this is a strong step to saving a relationship.

How To Save Your Relationship - Relationship 101 Basics To Help You Right Away - Relationships - Marriage

When you are looking for how to save your relationship it makes the most sense to start with the basics and build your way up. Your effort might be admirable, but if you go about things in the wrong order you may actually make things worse and drive your love interest further away, maybe even for good.

You know, the government and our parents require that we spend (and waste?) a lot of years in primary, secondary and even college classrooms. They teach us lots of basics in math, English and science; most of which we quickly forget. But something usable like Relationships 101 is glaringly absent from any curriculum.

So here is a little bit of what I call Relationships 101 to teach you how to save your relationship. It is not uncommon for a relationship to hit a rough patch, in fact it is more common than not from my observation. One problem is that many people give up too soon.

Many of these relationships can be fixed, but never get to that stage because one or both parties got angry or were hurt and never saw past that. There may have been a little too much self focus or even near sightedness; concentrating on today and forgetting to look forward a ways.

There are times, too, when only one person is interested in how to save your relationship and that just does not work very well. Both of you need to be concerned with your future together and need to be willing to work at the relationship to keep it healthy and especially to repair it.

Before criticizing your partners behavior toward you, take a look at how you have behaved toward them. We are not assigning blame here, but that's part of it; do not try to blame him or her without checking your own words and actions.

Remember, all I ever needed to know I learned in kindergarten? It is kind of like the golden rule, do unto your partner as you want them to do unto you.

Do you want him or her to be selfish and always demand their own way? Probably not, so make sure that is not what you are doing. How often do you think of what you can do for them without expecting anything in return?

If you have been together for a while, you are probably comfortable around them. That is good on one hand, you should be comfortable with someone you love. But it is bad if you are taking them for granted or doing things you would not do in front of someone new. Think about that one.

Pretend you have just met this person and are courting their interest. How would you dress, what would you say, how would you act? Try that and see how they respond and hopefully even reciprocate.

If or when they hurt you, calmly explain it, and tell them you expect differently. Maybe they do not even realize it. Open a dialogue so that you both can work toward the same goal of saving your relationship together.

A relationship is a journey, sometimes the road is paved and sometimes it is not. Do not give up when you hit that rough patch.

Continue your quest on how to save your relationship, do not stop here. Find out more complete steps including "Relationships 202", "303" and so on at our website.

Relationship, Relationship, Relationship - Business

Everyone has heard the expression that in real estate, the three biggest factors determining the value of a person's property are location, location, location. In business, the top three factors that determine the success of your business are relationship, relationship, relationship. As a business leader or owner, you will need positive relationships based on mutual trust and respect to take your business to the next level.

You will want to look at relationships on multiple levels.

Relationship with Self: Because everything I teach is about inside-out empowerment, you can't begin to look at relationships with others until you recognize the kind of relationship you have with yourself. Do you take care of yourself? Do you protect your time? Do you keep the promises and commitments you make with yourself?

Relationships with Your Managers: You must know the fable about the goose and the golden eggs. A farmer was so excited about the goose he owned that kept laying him a golden egg each day that he learned which goose was the "cash cow" and cut her open to get at all the eggs inside. Obviously, there weren't any and he had just killed the means to get more golden eggs. If you do not treat your managers well, then they will be unable to produce your golden eggs.

Do your managers feel safe, supported, understood, important, respected and liked? Do they have choices? Are they able to work unrestricted? Do they have any fun or useful learning happening on the job?

Teamwork: As the leader or owner, you are responsible for the level of teamwork with your managers and their level of teamwork with those they supervise. How well do your people get along and support each other? Do they each recognize their own unique contribution to the ultimate goal? Do they all recognize their value in contributing to the mission and vision of your company?

Relationships with your Customers: Do your clients or customers have respect for you and the product or service you provide? Do they buy from you because they like you and your staff? Do you correct any wrongs quickly? Do you take customer feedback seriously?

Relationships with Board or Shareholders: Do you have a good relationship with your Board of Directors or your shareholders? Do you operate in a way that inspires trust in you, your leadership and the work your company is doing? Do you tell the truth even if it means admitting a mistake on your part?

Relationship with Your Community: The definition of your "community" depends upon the nature of your work. If you are a social service agency, then the relationship with your community would be the immediate area where you provide services. If your corporation is an Internet business or serves a global market, then your community literally is the whole world. Wherever you do business, you want your public relations to be positive. You want your community to trust and respect what you do.

I work with some people who have been discouraged with the less than honest business dealings of other individuals. In response, I have stated that people who do business without regard to the relationship of those involved will be unsuccessful in building their business empire. Many have then countered with, "Well, they will just find new people to do business with." That may have been true in the past.

However, we live in a new age. This is the information age. If you do something lacking integrity, word spreads. There are blogs, there are information boards, there is email, there is simple word of mouth. The methods for spreading information are many. When you behave in a less than honorable way, others quickly find out.

Individual trust, the trust of your people, brand trust and your reputation are all based on the way you interact with people. The relationships you build, both in your personal and professional life, are the things that will either propel you forward or stop you dead in your tracks. Create relationships built on mutual trust and respect and you will be well on your way to developing the business you want.
