3 Secret Exercises to Lose Love Handles...

Windshield wipers - there are two variations of this exercise that can be done. The first is by laying flat on your back with your arms straight out to the sides with your palms on the ground. Keeping the feet together and the legs straight, lift your legs so that they are perpendicular to the ground. Now, slowly swing your legs to the left until they are about 2 inches from the ground and then swing your legs to the right side in the same fashion. Your legs will look like a set of windshield wipers going back and forth. W's- Lay on your back with your hands under your backside. Keep your legs straight out and together. Now, with your toes pointed straight out, write W's in the air. Axe men - This is the only dumbbell exercises you'll need to do of the three. Stand as if you were a batter in baseball with two hands on the dumb bell held up by your right ear and your feet shoulder width apart.
