Exercises for Love Handles

Next crunch is what you call reverse crunch, first position is still lying on your back and still hands behind your head for support, but instead of raising your head, it's the t ime to raise your knees to touch your elbows and always remember that your head and upper torso flat on the floor. It has been proven effective and is recommended that you have to do the crunches 25 times and this will surely help reduce love handles.

Other exercises for love handles will be trunk twists, this will be done by standing straight with a distance around one foot between your two feet then twist your waist to the right and keep legs and knees stable, then move left arm in the direction of the twist and then do so on the other side. Leg flapping on the other hand is to lay on your abdomen then lift your head slowly with your hands straight at your sides and then lift your legs and knees and flap them repeatedly back and forth one at a time.
