Exercises To Get Rid Of Love Handles

Some other exercises to get rid of love handles that you can do are the crunches and Pilates move. With the crunches, you lie down flat on your back with your knees bent. With your hands behind your head, use your abs muscles and crunch forward slowly pulling yourself upwards. Do this as many times as you possibly can without overexerting yourself.

As mentioned earlier, the Pilates move is one of the other exercises to get rid of love handles. This exercise routine involves laying flat on your back with your toes pointed. Then, lift one of your legs up by 12 inches while keeping the toes pointed at the same time. Then, use the pointed to circle the air for 36 times for each side of your legs. Apart from exercises to get rid of love handles, you should also watch your diet to avoid accumulating fats in your body.
