Burn out your love handles

How many times have you felt the need of getting rid of those despicable love handles riding your waistline all the time? A research study by the North American Association on obesity has literally frozen the fact. The study proves that belly fat is a better indicator of disease risk than Body Mass Index (BMI). According to leading cardiologists, belly fat is connected with vital organs and has a direct impact on production of C-reactive protein and other agents, which can even lead to a heart disease. Knowing these facts induces uneasiness but you can practice some tips to help you get more out of your abdominal workouts:

Muscles forming your abdomen are multilayered. Now you know why doing crunches only strengthens the outermost muscle layer! You must add exercises that work your inner muscles close to the spine. Working on these inner muscles will act as a platform for the solid growth of outer abdominal muscles. Treadmill workout is a tried and tested way of el iminating belly fat. It will help you burn fat easier than most other methods. The best part about a treadmill workout is that it increases your endurance. The time span for muscle-fatigue increases independent of the workouts that you perform. In one of the studies published in European Journal of Applied Physiology, a test conducted on eight men revealed an interesting result. Those men who sprinted for the first fifteen minutes in a total thirty minute time period burned fat more than those who sprinted in the last fifteen minutes. So, when you are performing a treadmill workout, keep a fast pace in the beginning and slowing down in the concluding stages. Stick with total body workouts; they are known to produce amazing fat burning results. Try to train different muscle groups at once. Research proves that total body workouts tend to flame more calories than singular workouts and also stimulates the production of muscle building hormones. Circuit training exercises are a good way of total body workouts. Include them in your exercise routine and see your belly fat mould into solid six pack abs.
