1. Make cardio part of you love handle exercises

Doing cardiovascular exercise is proven to help you lose your love handles fast no matter what you choose to believe. Walking, running, jogging, swimming, bicycling are some great exercise for your body. The best love handle exercises are sport activities such as basketball, tennis, or racquetball.

The more you do cardiovacular exercise the better but I usually go with 3-4 times a week. I find that interesting but the more effective exercise for your abs doesn't have to be crunches and abs related at all.
