Cheating has surely rocked the foundation of any married couple and perhaps surviving infidelity is the hardest thing to do. Once you found out that your spouse is cheating on you, they say that it is quite impossible to rebuild trust again. However, filling for a divorce or annulment is not the best resort.

This type of infidelity could be the most devastating. This occurs when your spouse is already in live with another person and has completely fallen out of love with you.

4. Conflicted Romantic Infidelity

This occurs when your spouse is still in love with you but is also romantically and sexually involved with another person.

5. Commemorative Infidelity

Do not mistake this one with romantic infidelity. This one occurs when your spouse not in love with you anymore but is still trapped because of the marriage that is binding you.

Now you already know what infidelity is and its 5 types. What comes next? Identifying the root of your spouse betrayal could be the best solution. It will never be easy, but handling your problems could be quite distressing. However, if your goal is to survive the mentioned 5 types of infidelity, you have to start working on the problems after identifying them. Devote some quality time for your spouse, discuss your wants and desires, and consider talking to a marriage counsellor. If there is willingness, there could be a solution.
