Have you ever wondered how people are leveraging social networking sites to build their business, churches, TV viewers, meet new people or make money online? They are doing business at the speed of light and keeping their friends, family and customers in the know. More people are on social networking sites than they watch TV.

Why You Need to Know What Social Networking Is

Social networking is a phenomenon that has become one of the best ways to build relationships with people, convey value, sale products or share your thoughts and messages through. If you don't utilize social networking for your business or just to stay connected with friends and family around the world you will be left in the dark about some things. Let's face it. Social media is here to stay. It is not a fade. It's the new era of technology. I've learned about news worthy instances on Facebook and Twitter before I actually heard about it on the news because I don't watch the news or much TV for that matter. Social networking is a tool that some people use because of its power to connect with real people and share information through ebooks with. Some companies even use it as a form of customer service on Twitter and Facebook. They have millions of loyal fans and customers whom they want to keep as loyal fans and customers. Their staff is leveraging social media to stay co nnected to people in their market place.

How to Use Social Networking Effectively?

Reading ebooks are a great way to learn many things including how to use social networking effectively. Actually ebooks are putting some books stores out of business. Giants like Amazon have noticed that the information and knowledge era is going to be around for a long time and they positioned themselves to become the first to take advantage of its growth. Millions of people are using the internet and smart technology more than ever so Amazon came out with the Kindle. It's an ebook reader that downloads books from Amazon instantly. Not only are ebooks quick to download they are convenient to have as opposed to paper backs or hard cover books. You can store thousands upon thousands of ebooks on smart tablets and smart phones and they will be at your disposal whenever you need them. Since the release of the Kindle other monster companies have launched similar versions of smart tablets and smart applications for downloading ebooks. Sometimes Amazon Kindle allows you to share ebooks online with friends for up to 14 days. Social networking is here to stay and only going to improve as time goes on. I have an iPad 2 and haven't even wrapped my brain around how advanced this piece of technology is yet. I have downloaded ebooks from Amazon and I facetime my cousin back in my hometown instead of calling her on the phone. We can see each other across four states when we use it to communicate. I call that social networking to the 2nd power. Its unbelievable how advanced technology is these days. It's definitely a social phenomenon. We are in the new era of technology and social networking is growing exponentially. Oprah Winfrey is using Facebook , Twitter and Skype to connect with her audience. I think it's safe to say she is aware that social media is where the people are hanging out at. If you have an iPad you can actually sync your smart pad to her show and connect with thousands of other users and viewers on Facebook and Twitter live at Oprah.com. S he sometime Skypes people live into her show. Can you imagine talking to Oprah live via your Skype channel? So if you haven't joined any of the most used social networking sites for any reason this book will help launch your presence online with a bang.
