10. Bitores Mendez from Resident Evil 4
Bitores Mendez (voiced by Jesse Corti) is a village chief who is ordered to stop Kennedy from finding and extracting Graham in Resident Evil 4. In addition to commanding several possessed villagers, Mendez possesses superhuman strength, as well as a large Las Plagas parasite inside of him. He leads the hunt for Leon and Ashley early in the game, and leaves various documents pertaining to the game's plot around the village. 9. Andross from Starfox 64
Andross is the most-often recurring villain of the Star Fox series, and the archenemy of the Star Fox team. He is the primary antagonist of Star Fox, Star Fox 64, and Star Fox Adventures. Andross was voiced by the late Daisuke Gri in the Japanese versions, by Rick May in Star Fox 64 and by Duncan Botwood in Star Fox Adventures. Before the series, Andross was a scientist working for Corneria. His original intentions were pure and beneficial, he devoted most of his life finding ways to protect Corneria, however his work had convinced him that the only way for his planet to be protected was if he was to be the sole ruler, his lust for power drove him to the brink of madness. He often experimented with genetics using himself as a guinea-pig.
The increasing perversion of his experiments resulted in his unleashing of a deadly weapon upon his home world of Corneria. Subsequently banished for his crime to the waste planet, Venom, he built an army and plotted to dominate the Lylat System, his intention had now evolved from simply wanting to rule Corneria to destroying the entire Lylat system and re-building it in his name. Soon after, the orignal Star Fox team was sent to investigate, among the team was James McCloud (father of Fox), Pigma Dengar and Peppy Hare. The investigation ended when Pigma Dengar defects to Andross's side and sends his friends to Andross, resulting in the death of James McCloud. 8. Lionel Starkweather from Manhunt
The antagonist of the game and the man behind the whole scenario, the Director communicates to Cash through an earpiece until after "Kill The Rabbit". According to bonus material, he was once a prominent director who fell out of favor in Hollywood due to some unknown indiscretion and went insane, turning to slasher films and underground pornography to rebuild his funds and using it to turn his enemies into "extras", later using Valiant Video Enterprises as a front to distribute snuff films.
He tells Cash where to go and sometimes gives special instructions on murdering certain people. He hides deep within his mansion where Cash confronts him, mutilating and killing him using Piggsy's chainsaw at the end of "Deliverance". 7. The Great Mighty Poo from Conker's Bad Fur Day
The Great Mighty Poo (aka Sloprano) is a giant mound of fecal matter with a huge, flapping mouth full of yellow "teeth" (which in reality are digested kernels of corn), two tiny green eyes and two stubby arms with which he "throws his shit" at Conker. Through the battle he sings a 'Sloprano' like an opera singer in a loud baritone voice, he swear-sings at Conker after getting rolls of toilet paper thrown in his mouth.
Conker defeats him by flushing him. As he goes down, his last words mirror the Wicked Witch of the West's, replacing melting with flushing. He was voiced and sung by Chris Marlow. 6. Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid
Psycho Mantis (voiced by Doug Stone and Kazuyuki Sogabe, Shozo Iizuka in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots) is a psychic expert for the FOXHOUND unit. After the collapse of the Soviet union, he came to America looking for a job. Prior to joining FOXHOUND, he worked with the KGB and the FBI. His special abilities include the psychic powers of psychokinesis and telepathy. He also claims to be able to read the future, but this is implied to be a use of telepathy to find out what his opponents will do next as opposed to true clairvoyance. His predictions also seem to be susceptible to change, stating that Snake has a large place in Meryl's heart, but cannot see if their futures lie together.
In Metal Gear Solid Mantis encounters Snake twice, the first time he takes control of Meryl's mind, the second encounter he and Snake do battle, with Mantis being defeated. After defeating Screaming Mantis in battle, Psycho Mantis makes an appearance where he demonstrates his mind reading and psychokinesis powers before vanishing into the air. 5. The Little Sisters from Bioshock
"Little Sister" is the name given to female children who have been mentally conditioned and genetically altered to harvest ADAM, (a genetic substance found in a particular Sea slug which are Indigenous to Rapture's location), from the corpses around Rapture. Little Sisters are virtually always accompanied by a "Big Daddy" protector . Due to the large amounts of ADAM they carry in their body, they are completely immune to any physical harm and have absolutely no offensive capabilities. ADAM is only found contained within a certain species of Sea Slug, found near Rapture's location. However, the Sea slugs themselves did not produce enough ADAM naturally to begin proper research, and to satisfy supply and demand.
Brigid Tenenbaum, a scientist in Rapture, developed a surigcal operation in which the ADAM sea slug was implanted inside a host's stomach. After the host consumed food, which induced regurgitation, managed to yield up to thirty times the amount of ADAM that could be used. For some reason, young girls proved to be the only possible hosts for the ADAM slug (based on a Biological analysis), and after the implantation procedure they were known as "Little Sisters." Although Dr. Tenenbaum wished to maintain the girls in a non-responsive state, they had to be completely functional in all forms, in order to produce any ADAM. Pyramid Head, also known as "Triangle Head" in Japan, is a monster from the Silent Hill video game series, introduced in the second installment, Silent Hill 2. Dead Rising is an action-adventure video game, developed by Capcom and produced by Keiji Inafune. It was released on August 8, 2006 for the Xbox 360 video game console. The game was a commercial success. It has been introduced into the Xbox 360 "Platinum Hits" lineup, and a cell phone version has recently been released. Giygas, known in the Japanese versions as Gyiyg, is the leader of the alien race bent on conquering the universe, and the main antagonist of both Mother and EarthBound. Giygas' PSI power is beyond human comprehension, and can tempt people with evil hearts into serving him. Though he is referred to with masculine pronouns, a character in EarthBound mentions Giygas' gender is unknown. Giygas was raised by George and Maria, the great-grandparents of the main character of Mother. Maria grew to love Giygas as if he were her own child. She said that he was always wagging his tail, but would only stop when she sang her lullabies. One of Maria's lullabies was used against Giygas in Mother. -Wikipedia.org
